What we handle

Water, fire, and mold — one call

Same crews and the same drying and cleanup standards, whatever started the loss.

Water damage

Extraction, moisture mapping, and structural drying so a burst pipe or appliance flood does not become a mold job two days later.

Fire and smoke

Board-up, soot removal, odor control, and cleanup of water used to put the fire out. Contents can be packed out and cleaned.

Mold and asbestos

Contained remediation with negative air, plus AHERA-certified asbestos work and in-house lab testing when materials need to be identified first.

Before we arrive

What to do in the next 20 minutes

Only if it is safe. If water is near outlets or you smell gas, leave and call from outside.

Do this

  • Shut off the water source at the fixture or the main valve.
  • Flip the breaker to wet rooms only if the panel itself is dry.
  • Photograph standing water and damaged materials for the claim.
  • Move dry belongings to a room that is still dry.

Skip this

  • Do not use a household vacuum on standing water.
  • Do not run HVAC until we check the system.
  • Do not peel wet drywall or carpet yourself.
  • Do not wait overnight. Mold can start in 24–48 hours.
After you call

From dispatch to a dry, documented house

You stay in the loop. We handle the carrier.

1

Live dispatch

A person answers, confirms the address, and sends the nearest crew. Average arrival is 48 minutes. We will tell you what to shut off while we are en route.

2

Stop the damage

Standing water comes out first. For fire, we board up and start soot and odor work. For mold, we contain the area before anything is opened.

3

Dry, clean, rebuild

Moisture readings continue until materials meet dry standards. Unsalvageable materials come out. Drywall, flooring, and trim go back in.

4

Insurance paperwork

Photos, moisture logs, and an itemized scope go to your adjuster. Bingham bills the carrier directly for covered work. Your deductible is still yours.

RD
Robbert De Haas

"Unfortunately our water heater burst and leaked through the bathroom ceiling. Bingham restoration came out the same day to inspect and go over everything that needed to be done to have this fixed correctly. The next day Ricky and Martin came out to cut out the ceiling and install the drying equipment (see photo). Great communication and easy to deal with. Piece of mind that it is done properly and certified."

"The owner came to give an estimate in a timely manner. He was very kind and honest. He scheduled the work to be done and the crew was here early in the morning to start. They were both polite and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves too! Would highly recommend! 😊"

"Martin, Justin and Tanner did a great job drying out the water leak in the ceiling of our garage. These guys are very thorough - they were there from 10 AM to 9PM cutting out drywall and setting up fans and dehumidifiers I've used some of there competitors who aren't bad. Bingham is really good - I highly recommend them"

Common questions

Questions people ask before they call

Who should I call for water, fire, or mold damage?
Call Bingham Restoration at 520-FLOODED (520-356-6333). A live dispatcher answers 24/7, confirms your location, and sends the nearest crew. We handle water extraction and structural drying, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, and pack-out.
How fast can you get to my property?
Crews average a 48-minute on-site arrival across the metros we serve. Response time varies with traffic, weather, and distance from the nearest branch, but dispatch starts as soon as you call. If you cannot stay on the line, request a callback on this page and we will return the call in under 10 minutes.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. Bingham documents the loss with photos and moisture readings, coordinates with your adjuster, and bills your insurance company directly for covered work. We work with State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, Progressive, Nationwide, American Family, and other major carriers. Your deductible remains your responsibility under your policy.
What should I do before the crew arrives?
If it is safe: shut off the water source, flip the breaker to wet rooms only if the electrical panel is dry, photograph standing water and damaged materials, and move dry belongings to an unaffected room. Do not use a household vacuum on standing water, do not run HVAC until we check it, and do not pull wet drywall or carpet yourself. If water is near outlets or you smell gas, leave the area and call us from outside.
What cities and states do you cover?
Bingham Restoration serves 10 states from branches in Phoenix, Tucson, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Dallas, Kansas City, and Nashville. Coverage includes Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Washington, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Call 520-FLOODED and a dispatcher will confirm whether your address is in range.
How much does emergency restoration cost?
A small, contained water cleanup can start around $1,500. Larger floods, fire losses, and mold jobs that need containment and rebuild run higher, often $10,000 or more. Sudden accidental water damage and fire are usually covered by homeowners insurance; flood from outside water and gradual leaks often are not. Bingham gives a free on-site estimate and bills insurance directly when the loss is covered.
Can I stay in my home while you work?
Often yes. Many water and smoke jobs are limited to specific rooms, and we set drying equipment so you can use the rest of the house. If sewage, extensive mold, or whole-home fire damage makes the property unsafe, we will say so on the first visit and can pack out belongings for storage while the structure is restored.
